In the game of hockey, most goals are scored after the rush. The Offensive Zone Attack Tactics and Strategies Camp will teach players methods of attacking the net after a rush attempt. The camp will focus on 5 player tactical strategies using the concept of fluid triangulation.

Lockdown Defence: Defensive Techniques and Tactics for Defencemen and Forwards
Coaches in every sport agree that championships are won by playing defense exceptionally well. Being able to play well defensively, not allowing opponents to penetrate the prime scoring area for attempts on the net is something good players and teams do well. In addition, the ability to limit time and space in all areas of the ice, create numerical advantage, pressure the puck, stop the puck, recover the puck, and move it quickly is an important component of generating offense. After all, the very best way to play defense is having possession of the puck.

The Speed Demon Power Skating Program will help grow a young player’s game by exposing them to the most effective hockey performance skating techniques. The game of hockey requires a player to possess a particular kind of speed, players need to be able to accelerate, decelerate, and change directions instantaneously. The Speed Demon Power Skating Program is a comprehensive development plan focused on hockey performance skating skills, executed with and without the puck, and in-game situations.
