Goaltending Camp
Ages: 7-15
Cost: $700+GST
Info: 2 Ice Times & 1 Dryland per day with head goalie instructor Angus Redmond (between ice times)
Ice Time 1: 9:15 – 10:15 a.m.
Dryland: Focus on off-ice recovery, movement patterns, stretching, functional mobility, foot speed, core work.
Ice Time 2: 11:45 – 12:45 p.m.
Defensive Technique & Tactics Camp
Ages: 10-15
Cost: $600+GST
Info: 2 Ice Times & 1 Dryland per day (between ice times)
Ice Time 1: 10:30 – 11:30 a.m.
Dryland: Focus on off-ice recovery, movement patterns, stretching, functional mobility, foot speed, core work.
Ice Time 2: 1:00 – 2:00 p.m.
