Week 1 – August 3rd to August 7th

Junior Elite Skating and Skills

Ages: 8-12

Cost: $700+GST
Info: 2 Ice Times & 1 Dryland/Snack Break per day (between ice times)

A fun, high-energy camp focused on building strong skating foundations and core hockey skills. Players will work on edge control, balance, agility, puck handling, passing, and shooting through age-appropriate drills and small-area games. Dryland sessions emphasize coordination, athletic movement, and injury prevention—all in a supportive, confidence-building environment.

Ice Time 1: 8:00 a.m. – 9:15 a.m.

Dryland: 9:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. Focus on off-ice recovery, movement patterns, stretching, functional mobility, foot speed, core work.

Ice Time 2: 10:45 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.


Goaltending

Ice Time: 9:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.

Senior Elite Skating and Skills

Age: 13-17

Cost: $700+GST

Designed for competitive players looking to elevate their overall game. This camp focuses on advanced skating mechanics, speed, power, and skill execution under pressure. On-ice sessions are paired with structured dryland training targeting strength, explosiveness, mobility, and hockey-specific conditioning to prepare athletes for the next level.

Ice Time 1: 1:30 p.m. – 2:45 p.m.

Dryland: 3:00 p.m. – 4:15 p.m. Focus on off-ice recovery, movement patterns, stretching, functional mobility, foot speed, core work.

Ice Time 2: 4:30 p.m. – 5:45 p.m.

Week 2 – August 10th to August 14th


Forwards Techniques and Tactics

Ages: 10-15

Cost: $700+GST
Info: 2 Ice Times & 1 Dryland/Snack Break per day (between ice times)

This position-specific camp helps forwards sharpen their offensive game. Players will focus on skating efficiency, puck protection, shooting techniques, offensive zone positioning, transitions, and decision-making. Dryland training supports speed, agility, and core strength to enhance on-ice performance.

Ice Time 1: 8:00 a.m. – 9:15 a.m.

Dryland: 9:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. Focus on off-ice recovery, movement patterns, stretching, functional mobility, foot speed, core work

Ice Time 2: 10:45 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Defence Techniques and Tactics

Age: 10-15

Cost: $700+GST

Built for defencemen looking to improve their defensive IQ and execution. On-ice sessions cover backward skating, gap control, pivots, breakouts, blue-line play, and defensive-zone coverage. Dryland training reinforces strength, mobility, and lateral movement critical for defensive play.

Ice Time 1: 1:30 p.m. – 2:45 p.m.

Dryland: 3:00 p.m. – 4:15 p.m. Focus on off-ice recovery, movement patterns, stretching, functional mobility, foot speed, core work
